  • Content you submit: recipes, ingredients, instructions, photos, and ratings you add to the site.
  • Payment information: if you subscribe to remove ads, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles that directly.
  • Usage data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display ads on this site. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. If you subscribe to our ad-free plan, ads are no longer shown to your account, and related advertising cookies are not loaded.

  • To communicate with you about your account or submissions (e.g. approval status)

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers necessary to run the site:

  • Stripe — payment processing for ad-free subscriptions
  • Google AdSense — displaying ads (see above)
  • Our hosting provider, for the technical operation of the site

Your Choices

  • You can edit or delete your own recipes at any time from "My Recipes."
  • You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at admin@fromfridge.com.
  • You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ad Settings at adssettings.google.com.

Children's Privacy

fromFridge is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
